Q.What are the times for check-in and check-out?
A.Check-in is at 4 p.m. daily. Check-out is at 11 a.m. daily.

Q.Do you offer early check-in?
A.Early check-in requests are honored based on availability; we can’t guarantee early check-in requests, particularly during holidays and weekends.

Q.Do you offer smoking rooms?
A.We are happy to say our Hotel is Smoke-Free.

Q.Do you have wireless Internet access available?
A.Yes, we provide complimentary wireless Internet access that is available throughout the entire property.

Q.Is breakfast included in my room rate?
A.Yes, daily continental breakfast is included in your room rate. We offer toaster-style waffles and French toast, doughnuts, muffins, cereal, fruit, hot and cold beverages, and more. Breakfast is served Monday – Sunday: 6:30-9:30 a.m.

Q.Do you have a pool?
A.Yes, we have an outdoor pool located near our lobby, open 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily.

Q.Do you offer a shuttle service to theme parks?
A.We offer complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios daily.

Q.Will your rooms allow rollaway beds?
A.Our rooms accommodate rollaway beds upon request ($10.00 USD Fee)

Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.Reservations must be cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge to your credit card.

Q.Are pets allowed?
A.We do not welcome pets in our hotel at this time.

Q.Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
A.Although complimentary transportation is not available to/from the airport, our friendly front desk staff can assist you with setting up alternative transportation during your stay.

Q.What is the minimum age to book a room?
A.The minimum age to check in is 21.

Q.Are wheelchairs available at the hotel?
A.We do not have any available wheelchairs on-site, but we can recommend a reliable rental company if needed.

Q.What is the service fee for?
A.The hotel service fee is $4.95 per day/per room and includes (may be listed elsewhere in this description as complimentary or available for a surcharge):
• Pool access
• Scheduled shuttle service
• Free wireless Internet with upgraded speeds
• Phone calls (may be limited)
• Fax and photocopy services
• Self-parking

Q.Will a credit card be required when I make a reservation?
A.A credit card is required to book a reservation, and the credit card will be preauthorized for the length of your stay prior to your arrival.

Q.When will my credit card be charged?
A.Your credit card will be charged upon check in.

Q.What is the tax rate?
A.The County Tax (6%) and the State Tax (6.5%) are combined for a total tax rate of 12.5%.

Q.Can you receive and hold packages for me before my arrival?
A.Yes, our hotel does accept packages for arriving and registered guests of the hotel.

There is a $5.00 to $10.00 USD charge for this service depending on the size. Make sure the packages are addressed with the guest’s name included as follows:

Please do not have them arrive any earlier than three (3) days before your arrival date, as our space for package storage is limited. Packages left or received after the guest’s checkout date will be held for three (3) days by our staff and then returned to the sender, unless the registered guest makes other arrangements.
